These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through intralon.co.uk and apply to all products supplied by INTRALON Ltd. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Product Information and Safety Requirements
2.1. All products displayed on our website including descriptions images and specifications are provided for general information. While INTRALON Ltd makes every effort to ensure accuracy minor variations in colour dimensions packaging or specifications may occur.
2.2. Age Requirement
All INTRALON balance bikes and childrens bikes are intended for use from 3 years old and above.
Even if certain product descriptions may state availability from 2 years old the legally required and mandatory minimum age for all INTRALON bikes is three years old in the United Kingdom and EU.
2.3. Adult Supervision
Adult supervision is mandatory at all times when the product is in use.
For safety reasons adult supervision is also required even when the bike is not in use and stored in order to prevent misuse access by unsupervised children or potential harm.
2.4. Certification
All INTRALON bikes are supplied with EN71 Certification and have been tested by our suppliers in accordance with the applicable EU and UK toy safety standards.
CE conformity documentation is also available upon request.
2.5. Stock availability is subject to change at any time without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed the customer will be notified and offered an alternative product or a full refund.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. Orders may be placed exclusively through our website intralon.co.uk.
3.2. Prices displayed include applicable UK taxes including VAT where applicable. Prices may be updated without prior notice but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.4. All payments are processed via secure third party payment platforms. INTRALON Ltd does not collect or store card details.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1. Orders dispatched from UK stock are typically shipped on the same or next business day.
4.2. Delivery times vary depending on courier schedules and the delivery location. An estimated delivery timeframe is displayed at checkout.
4.3. All deliveries are handled by independent courier companies. Tracking details will be provided where available.
4.4. The customer must ensure that all delivery information including name address and contact details is accurate. Re delivery fees may apply if an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information or missed courier attempts.
4.5. Any parcel that is damaged lost or appears tampered with must be reported to INTRALON Ltd within forty eight hours of delivery. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the matter.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Customers are entitled to a fourteen day return period beginning on the date of delivery.
5.2. Items must be returned unused in original packaging and in a fully resellable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Complete and submit the form
Return the product to the designated return address at the customers cost unless otherwise agreed
Returned products must be adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit
5.4. Upon receipt items will be inspected. Refund deductions may apply for missing parts damaged packaging used condition or non resellable items.
5.5. Approved refunds will be processed within seven to ten business days to the original method of payment.
6. Warranty
6.1. Most products supplied by INTRALON Ltd include a manufacturers warranty typically between one and two years depending on product type.
6.2. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and excludes
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by incorrect use neglect or improper maintenance
Modifications unauthorised repairs or accidental damage
Improper storage including exposure to weather conditions or failure to supervise
6.3. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@intralon.co.uk with proof of purchase order number and a detailed description of the issue.
7. Order Cancellations
7.1. Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched and will receive a full refund.
7.2. Once the order has been dispatched cancellations cannot be processed and the customer must follow the return procedure.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. INTRALON Ltd shall not be held liable for any injury accident property damage or loss arising from the use misuse incorrect assembly or lack of supervision of products supplied.
8.2. Customers are required to follow all safety instructions warnings weight and age restrictions and to ensure active and continuous adult supervision.
8.3. INTRALON Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays courier failures or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Customer data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and all relevant data protection regulations. By using our website and placing an order you consent to our Privacy Policy available at intralon.co.uk/privacy policy.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
INTRALON Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
